PURELY AMAZING BLUEBERRY MUFFIN RECIPE
Ingredients:
(Regular Size Muffin Mix Bag)

"Purely Amazing" Muffin Mix

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 egg
-
1/2 cup yogurt

1/4 cups fresh blueberries or 1/4 cup of dried blueberries

Vegetable spray, for the muffin tins

"Purely Amazing" Muffin Mix
-
1/2 cup vegetable oil
-
2 eggs
-
1 cup yogurt
-
1/2 cups fresh blueberries or 1/2 cup of dried blueberries

Vegetable spray, for the muffin tins
Directions:
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F.

In another large bowl, whisk together the sugar, oil, egg and yogurt.

Add "Purely Amazing" Muffin Mix and mix. Stir mixture for a count of 10.

Add blueberries to mixture and stir 3 more times.

Scoop the mixture into greased muffin pans.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

Serve immediately or store in airtight container for 3 to 5 days.
