“PURELY AMAZING”

PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE TRUFFLES

   Ingredients:

  • "Purely Amazing" Brownie Mix

  • Soft butter, for greasing the pan

  • Flour, for dusting the buttered pan

  • 2 large eggs

  • 4 ounces melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Condensed Milk (1 can)

  • Honey roasted peanut butter (1/2 jar)

  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips

 

   Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.  

  • Oil and flour an 8-inch square pan.

  • Beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. 

  • Add "Purely Amazing" Brownie Mix, vanilla extract, melted butter and mix to combine.  

 

  • Set the prepared brownie mixture to the side.

 

  • In a separate bowl: mix in condensed milk and honey roasted peanut butter.

  • Fold in the peanut butter mixture with the brownie mixture.

  • Bake the brownie and peanut butter mixture at 350 F for about 45 mins.

 

  • Let brownies cool for 15-20 mins.

 

  • Mash up the brownies so they look crumbly.

  • With a cookie scoop, scoop up brownie mix and roll in hands until it forms an even ball.

  • Place on a sheet lined with aluminum foil. Continue this until all of brownie mixture is in balls.

  • Freeze for about 1-3 hours.

  • Melt milk chocolate chips.

  • Take out the brownies balls and set aside. 

  • One by one place brownie balls into melted chocolate.

  • Fully coat the balls with chocolate.

  • Take the brownie balls out and gently place them back on the foil. 

  • Repeat with all brownie balls.

  • Once done, place in fridge and let set for about 1 hour.
