How is Purely Amazing Flour and products prepared?

Purely Amazing Flour is e a proprietary blend of non-grains, all natural, organic and non-GMO ingredients, that are blended to a specific ratio.

Our products are handmade only using the highest of quality ingredients, without the added fillers, additives, and preservatives.

Storage Recommendation

​Since our products are free of any preservatives, we suggest storage in a refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container for longevity. Our products are best eaten within 14 days when stored at room temperature in an airtight container, 30 days when stored in a refrigerator in an airtight container, and 60 days when stored in a freezer in an airtight container.​​

Shipping Schedule

We currently ship Monday - Thursday. In order to ensure you receive our products with optimum  freshness and integrity, we ship all orders using 1-3 day shipping. If you require a faster delivery, please be aware that there will be an additional charge.  We make and ship product the same day that it is placed, but please note that any orders placed after 5:00EST. will be fulfilled and shipped next business day. We do not ship on the day of any major holidays, i.e. New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Do we ship to other countries?

 

Currently, we are only shipping to all 50 states.

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

 

Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you would like to change, postpone, or cancel any order, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours and we will accommodate. NO CHANGES can be made after an order has been shipped.

Refund Policy

We are committed to our customers' satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied, email us at jroby@purelyamazingflour.com and we will either replace the product or give you a full refund. We are not responsible for; wrong address provided at checkout, delays in shipping due to weather or other factors we cannot control.
