How are "Purely Amazing" Flour and Mixes prepared?
All of "Purely Amazing" flours and baking mixes are a proprietary blend of non-grains, all natural, organic and non-GMO flours, which are blended to a specific ratio.
Purely Amazing baked pastries are baked using only organic, non-GMO ingredients.
We currently ship Monday - Thursday. To meet the demand of Purely Amazing products, and to ensure the integrity of our flour, baking mixes, and baked pastries is made and shipped with care, we are will ship orders the same week as the purchase week of Monday - Thursday. Please contact our office for all special orders and expedited orders, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do we ship to other countries?
Currently, we are only shipping to the United States.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Currently, we are only able to ship to physical addresses, as required by our shipping companies.
Can my items ship with special conditions?
Please call and speak to us on the phone if there are any special needs out of the ordinary. However, we do not make any ingredient changes to our flour, baking mixes or baked pastries.

What is "Purely Amazing" Cancellation Policy?
Changing, postponing or cancelling your order is not a problem. Just give us 48 hours notice to make the changes and we will give you a full refund. NO CHANGES can be made after an order is shipped.
Does "Purely Amazing" offer refunds or replacements?
Opinions change and tastes differ. If you are not satisfied with your order, please call us at 800.660.1665. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace or refund your order. If for some reason the information given to us at "Purely Amazing" was incorrect, no refund can be given. The order can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
