“PURELY AMAZING” MIDNITE BROWNIES

Ingredients Needed:

       (Regular Size Bag of Brownie Mix)

​

• "Purely Amazing" Brownie Mix

• 2 eggs

• 1/4 cup of Butter (room temperature) or Oil​ of choice

• 1 teaspoons organic vanilla extract

 

        (Double Size Bag of Brownie Mix)

​

• "Purely Amazing" Brownie Mix

• 4 eggs

• 1/2 cup of Butter (room temperature) or Oil​ of choice

• 2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract

Directions:

​

    •    Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. 

    •    Flour an 8-inch square pan, set aside.

    •    Beat the eggs.  

    •    Empty “Purely Amazing” Midnight Brownie Mix into a bowl, and add the beaten eggs, and 1/2 cup of melted butter.

    •    Mix well.  

    •    Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan, and bake for 25 - 45 minutes. 

    •    Cook until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.  

    •    Remove the brownies to a rack to cool.

    •    Do not cut the brownie until they have cooled.

    •    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

NOTE:  For fudge brownies, use less egg(s)
