You Got Clumps?

THANK YOU Everyone! who bought "Purely Amazing" Flour or Products!



We are still Getting Things Right, which is why your feedback is so important.


If you noticed any clumps in your Mixes (Brownie or Cookie), it is due to the moisture that has affected the storage of the Mixes. No worries!


The reason for the clumps in the mixes is because, we do not add any anti-clumping agents to our products.


However, we are packaging our mixes and flours, under vacuum seal.

We feel this will correct the moisture entrapment in our packaging preparation.

Let us know, if you have received any mixes that are not free of any clumps, and we would love to re-send you a new package. We WANT TO GET IT RIGHT!


 

We add Amaranth to our Non-Grain Flour! Amaranth is a grain, that looks like a seed, and it is highly nutritious, with a high amount of fiber, and a low carbohydrate content. Amaranth has more protein than wheat, which is another reason we chose Amaranth to add to our flour because, it is high in calcium, magnesium and iron.
